RoyalTea is an excellent addition to the Waterford Lakes Town Center. The interior decor is modern, minimalist, and stylish. The store is clean and nice. The service is friendly and helpful. The ladies at the reception were patient with me and answered all my questions. There’s a good variety of drinks including tea, juice, and yogurt. There seems to be only tapioca boba. You must try the French Crème Brûlée. It was so flavorful and delicious! (Not too sweet). I’m so happy to find this nice place, perfect for hanging out with friends indoor when it’s hot outside.

Finally a boba spot close to UCF! I use to have to drive to Mills Ave to get Royal Tea but now it’s right by Campus. This new location is very spacious and has a lot more tables and seating. The workers are also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend their Royal Tea as it is a classic. The Royal Fruit tea is a little bland in my opinion, I couldn’t taste the fruit or the tea, so I would stay away from that.

My very first Boba tea ever and it was amazing. I purchased the mousse latte and added boba with Oreo crumble. Customer service took the time to explain all the details to me without hesitation and I was thoroughly pleased. great atmosphere, very clean and the drink was not too sweet at all. You can adjust the level of sweetness if you like. Freshly made and I cannot wait to try some more in different flavors. Highly recommended!!!

This newly opened milk tea place is very clean and has a comfortable atmosphere for anyone to enjoy a great time with their friends. There are a lot of different options to try on their menu as well; we decided to get Royal Bubble Tea and Mango Yogurt for take out, and we were only in the store for about 5 minutes! The employees are friendly and works really fast (there was one other customer ahead of me and several people in the store so I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to get our order in such a short time). Overall this little milk tea place is a hidden gem in the plaza and definitely worth multiple visits to try out everything they have!

this is literally the best boba spot in orlando as someone whose experimented with other places. it’s my go to spot for a good milk tea boba drink. id say they are consistent with their drinks 97% of the time depending on whose working that day. the staff is nice and you get your order super quick. love love love this place, highly recommend!
